Optimal and automatic MINI BLACKJACK against Dealer Beth, with statistics

Ann sits left, the card dealer Beth right. Both Ann and Beth are played by the computer, and Ann is good! Actually she plays optimally. Before starting you have to select the parameters. When is a new deck of cards used, what is the maximum possible bet (the minimum is $1), and how many rounds should be played?
