Two candidates for an election have 9 resources each. These can be sent to four districts of about equal importance. The player sending more resources to a district wins it. The player winning more districts wins the game.
The computer player, Candidate Blotto, owns the 9 resources depicted by green faces. Your resources are the red faces. Send the resources to the four districts by clicking the corresponding "+" buttons. You can also remove them by clicking the "-" buttons. The computer player will at the same time distribute his resources without showing it. When you have distributed your nine resources, click the "Election" button.Erich Prisner, 2012
